We ventured once again into the Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj, this time with the intention of seeking out and destroying Ossirian the Unscarred. Despite many hardships (including a server restart and subsequent trash mob respawn) we reached our target. The Anubisath Guardian’s having proved easier to beat than we were all scared into thinking and induced only a single wipe (on a particularly cranky one).

After the de-rigeur hour-long strategy explanation had subsided we proceeded to wipe hard on our first attempt. Our second attempt produced a moderate level of confusion and with our third attempt we actually managed to hit him a few times.

Alas, the 3rd wipe saw the morale drop fatally and the raid died a natural, if not somewhat premature, death. We were just starting to get the hang of it too. If I’d only got that soulstone onto the priest beforehand.
