There are now additional (legal) apps for my iPod Touch (in the form of the January Software Upgrade). I want them.

Too bad the iTunes store is intent on not letting me have them.

It’s not much of a store without a working cash register 🙁

I wonder when I’ll be able to buy these new toys.

I wouldn’t mind so much if iTunes didn’t go to that page EVERY time I connect my iPod to my PC. It was starting to get very annoying and then, thankfully, I realised I could click the ‘No Thank You’ button on the offer page.

Now I’m wondering how I’m going to find the update to buy it when the store decides it’s going start to working again?
